While we believe most businesses benefit best from a proactively managed solution, we also understand that some businesses are more comfortable with a pay as you go model. Regardless of which model you choose, you get the same techs and the same dedication to excellence.
Contract Solutions Model
The contract solutions model is customized to your specific business requirements. Generally, each contract includes the following services as part of your monthly package:

Ad-Hoc (No Contract) Model
The pay as you go model is as just as it sounds: you contact us, and we help with whatever you need. It’s just that simple.
Many of our clients start with this model, simply because something broke. Once they realize how much ArcticFox can help them, they move to the contracted solutions model.
With the no contract model, payment is generally expected at the time of service, although Net 30 terms may be available for regular clients.
